Hello everyone!
Hope all you had a lovely summer with the excellent weather Vancouver had. Back-to-School brings Back-to-MeetUp and we’re excited to see everyone again next week, for Volume 2 edition 1 of the Service Design Vancouver Meetup!
We’ll be starting with a bit of a social as we welcome back existing members as well as greeting new members. We’ll have a bit of time to socialize, then we will provide an overture of what we hope to provide and cover in format and content, then look to you for feedback on how we can make it useful and fun for everyone. Afterwards, we’ll do a design thinking activity to set us on empathic design, which comes in handy for Service Designers, or any designers for that matter.

Since we’d like to make this event a bit more social so we’ll be charging $5 instead of our regular $2, in order to cover the cost to provide some refreshments and light snacks for the evening.
